The installation covers the full assembly and operational set up of your chosen product by up to two qualified installation engineers. We must ask that we have unrestricted access to your property by our delivery truck to within 20 metres of the entrance; and further unrestricted access to a ground floor position. For installations upstairs or in more remote locations, please email or call us for a quotation. We are able to install almost anywhere as long as the product will physicaly break down into enough component parts to be able to fit into the final position.
Depending upon availability delivery will be within 14 days and 21 days depending on the nature of the installation and the craftsmen required. Once you have placed an order on the website, we will contact you the next working day to discuss your prefferred delivery and installation date.
