We would love to offer our customers free delivery however unlike other companies we will deliver your product to its final place in the house rather than dump it outside your property and expect you to do the rest! We only use our own employees to deliver and install your items. This means our installation team will be at your service until you are happy with the position of the item and how it works.
The cost of delivery varies from item to item and is shown in your basket once you go to checkout. Depending upon availability delivery will be within 14 -21 days depending on the nature of the installation and the craftsmen required. Once you have placed an order on the website, we will contact you the next working day to discuss your preferred delivery and installation date. We only use our own quailified engineers to deliver and install your products and do not use other companies.
The installation covers the full assembly and operational set up of your chosen product by up to two qualified installation engineers. We usually hope our delivery truck can get to within 20 metres of the entrance and once inside, access to a ground floor position is ideal but we can also cope with trickier jobs than that! It is our speciality.
For installations upstairs, in more remote locations or abroad, please email or call us for a quotation. We are able to install almost anywhere as long as the product you have chosen will physicaly break down into enough component parts to be able to fit into the final position.
